Below are outlines of a few: Each of these sworn/certified accepted/declared offering plans have discrepancies, each displaced tenants and deregulated apartments/ buildings. Each admit conversion requires vacancies, required major construction, and claim the sponsor will renovate units as they become vacant.
[Note: The initial sworn/certified plans are even less accurate. Initial, inaccurate plans are distributed to tenants with letters claiming the importance of plan and AG suggestion to seek attorney advice – which is pointless when plans are not accurate. Upon belief, distribution of inaccurate initial plans is also a scare for poor, regulated tenants to vacate.
